POOR Dealership Service - VW N1 CITY

I bought a polo TSi from VW Barron's in N1 City which gave me problems only having it for 2days. The car completely switched off whilst on a trip with my family at Weskus national park. I gave the car in and received a polo vivó 2020. VW debited my account for the VW TSi. When I called the customer service department (Finance) they informed me that the dealer undersettled hence they cannot reverse my money!!!. They only feedback I received Friday is "They will sort it out", yet I'm still waiting on proper feedback.

This was my first car I bought and expected it to be a exceptional experience however it turned out a terrible experience!!!.

I would not recommend anyone to buy at VW.
