Pathetic service

Worse service ever from Barons N1 City I scheduled a routine service for 31 July 2026 on 20 July 2026, just to be informed this morning that my service will cost over R20 000. No prior communication, No email, No phone call, explaining this ridiculous fee to me. Even though this was scheduled a week in advance. I will never go back to servicing my car at this dealership, as this has not been the first time the service has been this poor. I am not one to complain, but I kept going back to this dealership hoping things would change, clearly nothing has been done.
