no shuttle service

My brother booked a service over a week ago at N1 City barons, we requested a shuttle to bring him back to Milnerton. At 8:30 my brother was still waiting for the shuttle to bring him back, he dropped his vehicle off at 6:45am. When I phoned I was put through to Janet who was very unhelpful and put the phone down in my ear while I was talking to her. This type of behaviour is unacceptable not to mention unprofessional. <br> She says she wasn't aware that he needed a shuttle back after he had spoken to numerous people at Barons to request a shuttle and that they don't have any drivers they were already all out on the road.
