No service! No feedback!

My vehicle was booked in for a warranty repair in Nov. They had the vehicle for 3 weeks. Did not even give me a courtesy car because their courtesy cars are used by their sales people I was told!!! When I got my vehicle back the problem was still not fixed. The vehicle is now with them for the last 5 weeks!! Still not fixed and you get absolutely NO feedback from them on the status of the vehicle. They don't have any idea what client service is!
