Nightmare Experience

<p>So my 2014 Polo Gti went into Barons N1 City for a problem where the car would jerk under low revs. this was on the 18th May, and after doing numoures amounts of tests of the vechile they still couldnt find the cause of the problem. In between all this they gave me a courtesy car but it doesnt end there I have been through about 6 Courtesy cars because every time I had to give the one i have back. The car I had was a Polo 1.2 tsi manual when requesting a better or equal car to what I have they nicely told me thats all they have and they cant give me anything more comfortable to drive. It would be 3 months now since they have had my car, which im still paying for but not driving and not they are stripping my motor which made me very worried cause is my car ever going to be the same again. When asking will there be any way in which VW will compensate me they told me no and when asking for once a again a btter car to drive they said no. I dont think i want my car back cause it will never be the same. Please if there is anyone who can just assist in helping me or making my experience better whilst my car is still there and they cant give me a eta on when i will get it back.</p>
