Missing items

I took my car to Barons N1 City for a service. I had forgotten to remove my TomTom which was locked away in the glove compartment. I also had left my babies sweets. The first issue was that I had to phone twice to get an update on my car.. Anyways when I eventually do get there to pick up my car, I found that my cubby had been unlocked and my tomtom missing. It was my foolishness to leave it there but why did they have to unlock and open my cubby when the service books were on the front seat. Secondly, taking my kids sweets is just disgusting. All loose change was also gone. Management response was just pathetic and its basically all my fault.. The attitude of the manger was poor and he could have handled it better (poor training??). you have staff that are taking things from your clients car, it is also your responsibility too!<br> Needless to say I will not be using them again...
