Making a booking

<p>This is the third time I nave attempted to book in a vehicle for a service. This is not on. Every time I have phoned I am told that the line is busy and they will call back. This I can accept except they only call back four to five hours later. I told the lady that I had to go out in 30 minutes. She said - not a problem , give me your cell number. Almost 4 hours later - no call . This is not service . The lady collects all these message from the day and then phones in the afternoon before going home. Do you people want clients or not ? There are other garage who offer better service but unfortunately you are closer.</p>
