"everything is in spec" = your maintenance plan means nothing

Very disappointed in the service. I took my vehicle in on the 10th of June (warrenty until end of 2026). I complained about my breaks that make a terrible squeaky noise (when I took the vehicle in for service in Feb I complained about the same noise) + there is a rattling noise on the vehicle as well. Barons had my vehicle for 3 days and all they did was wash the car and give it back. According to them everything is in spec and the noise, I just basically have to live with. As I left the dealership with my breaks making the exact same noise that I brought it in for and the adviser just tells me, he did his job and went to help other clients.

So I guess I will have to pay for my own breaks and also take the vehicle to a private repair place, but now my question is, why the hell did I take out a 3 year extended maintenance plan??

Paid 300k for a car, drove it 4 months and now I'm left to deal with the issues.

I don't want anything from VW, but I want people who are thinking about buying a VW To know that the after service is **** poor, rather take your money and go with a Chinese brand... These Germans have been taking us for a P..... For far too long.

I'm going to fix the issus myself and sell this 2021 polo tsi comforline to we buy cars and then get a Chinese vehicle brand.
