Delay on receiving vehicle and boot not fixed
We have purchased a used Polo Vivo 1.4 on my wife's name.

VIN: AAVZZZ6SZCU016488
Vehicle Reg: DYD831K

The buying process was relatively smooth and the service was great.

Our first time using the boot, we noticed that the boot wouldn't close properly, and at times didn't open. The sales person told my wife (on a phone call) that it was a normal issue with Polo Vivos.

Our issue comes in when the vehicle was booked for a service. I called to make a booking for my first service on 02/03/2015. I explained to the consultant that the aircon and boot was problematic. The consultant advised that she picks up a maintenance plan with this vehicle and that all should be in order, and the next available date would be on the 09/03/2015.

My wife was notified that she is required to sign some form regarding the maintenance plan of the vehicle before the service could take place. Apparently this could have been done before the service date, and it hasn't.

I can't understand why this hasn't been done before hand. The Service consultant Hishaam mentioned that this might cause a delay, which it did. Now they wont fix the boot either as there is no evidence to the conversation regarding the boot
