Car sc****d during repair

Their workmanship is pathetic!

My TSI Badge started coming off within a few months of purchase, (car not bought at the branch however due to close proximity, it was convenient to get to the N1 city branch) It was arranged that Barons N1 city repair it however on collection of my car and further inspection I found so many deep scratches where the badge was replaced. Bare in mind there were absolutely ZERO SCRATCHES AROUND THE TSI BADGE AREA.

Where is the supervisor who watches over how their teams works??? How is this quality of work allowed for such a huge brand well known across the world??? Why was this not repaired while the badge was being re-attached??? Why was I not made aware that they damaged the paint prior to collection???

As a first time VW customer this is horrific service! I am furious that I had to collect my car and see all those scratches 😡😡😡😡
