BAD SERVICE

When I initially purchased my vehicle at Barons N City, The service was great until my 1st service(15k). I requested for a wheel alignment and balancing on the 1st service. the car was fine until after the service. Then the car pulled left. when i took it back i was advised that i need to drive it in? Not sure if its because I am a woman that i was told such ****. I took it to Tiger Wheel and Tire and a R1000 later it was sorted out. on the 2nd service(30k) my service book was not stamped and they dint want to replace my breaks or pads due to excessive wear and tear. After fighting, only the pads was replaced and not the disks, which i would have gladly paid for, but no. i think it was too much work. i has an accident afterwords due to not being able to break. i then took it to K/River where they then replaced the discs and i paid for it. on the 3rd service (45k) i took it to Kuils river and i was charged for a cash service after i told them that i have a maintenance plan in place. the lady who assisted me left the company and now i have to run around a month later and supply barons with documents which will take too long to locate so they can refund me. Really pathetic service
