Bad Service

I would like to give a big shout out to Shavon for being such a great service consultant for me the 2nd visit to Barons N1 City, however, Barons has this lady whom for the 2nd time now taking my car in for a service has not given me any great experience - her attitude sucks and I hoped to upgrade my car at this branch but no thanks, I will look for another VW branch. I don't have her name but for her to tell me "I also looking for a client whom I get paid for" when I need assistance with incomplete job done on the car was utterly wrong! I did complain about her the 1st time but I am definitely not going back there again, I definitely don't want our paths to cross again!
