Bad Experience

We could not get helped with all the all the blood tests done at our closest branch and the sister that took the blood used the incorrect needle. Then we went to N1 City branch only to be called days later that Lancet Laboratory had damaged the blood. When returning to draw more blood today two needles were used again and not enough blood could be drawn. Why do your branches not have quilified staff to offer this service! The damages left on my daughter's hands 3 times now is not acceptable.
