I strongly advise rather taking your car elsewhere to have work done. A couple of months ago, I had my car booked in for a noisy clutch. They advised me to rather consult with a different dealership to have the work done. More recently they refused to replace my noisy brakes under warranty. Extremely poor communication left me without a car for 4 days, and most seemingly an *********** workshop. I won't be going back to this dealership, and quite frankly, I'll never buy a Volkswagen again
