Worst experience ever with after sale
Bad after sale experience with the arrogant manager by the name of Simphiwe Dyani..bought a car on the 7/09/2026 from them,and on viewing the car I have noticed that the car had different tire brands infron and at the back..this week I sent Simphiwe Dyani *** complaining abt the Chinese tires infront and their poor reviews on wet road handling and my safety concern,to him it was not important coz he already made the sale. The way he responded to my email it was like him showing me a midle finger...please think twice before doing business with them

Worst experience ever with after sale

The worse , disappointing service I have every experience, baron’s Volkswagen in waterfront, it’s actually disgusting
The worse , disappointing service I have every experience, baron’s Volkswagen in waterfront, it’s actually disgusting. I had my car only for a year and it gives me issues .. barons can’t even replace a battery all they can do is charge my battery …I am still waiting for the answer why they can’t replace it .. even tho I am paying for a service plan, the manager of the service departmet has a damn attitude problem it’s like I owe her but I am paying to keep her bek open, jus remember I serve a BIG GOD… and my God don’t sleep … what you do unto other it will comeback to you …

The worse , disappointing service I have every experience, baron’s Volkswagen in waterfront, it’s actually disgusting. Buyer Beware - Overcharged
I had a super experience with Paul, the sales agent & Michelle, the financing agent but the wheels came off when I tried to get a refund for a R10k+ overcharge! Even though it is their fault they insist on refunding the bank instead of me when it has nothing to do with the bank! An otherwise great experience has dissolved into a nightmare and days later I still don’t have my money! I suggest rather using another dealer with adequate after sales service and support who know what they are talking about & who act in your interests. I won’t use Barons Cape Town again for a vehicle purchase! This has been the WORST experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. Buyer beware!
