Threatening sales pitches

Stay away! Threatening sales pitches to try and scare you into purchasing overpriced parts AFTER you've declined the quote in writing. Assumes that "as a woman" you don't know anything, not even how to Jumpstart your own car. Stay away... will not set my foot there again. Was done in once before, but went back as I was in an pinch. NEVER again. I'd rather abandon my car next to the road than set foot in that repairs department again
