Good day, I am not pleased with how services is rendered at VW. I referred a client to Mr Ronald Mabundza one of your sells persons on April 2022 at your Woodmead branch. I facilitated everything to ensure that he buys Polo life registration (KL 38 WB GP). I also assisted to deliver the car on the 13 May 2022 on the behalf of VW just to cut the costs. There is a referral fee that was meant to be given to me but till today i have not received any payment after i have sent him my bank statement, tax certificate and ID. whenever i call i am taken to pillar to post
