Barons Woodmead

POOR SERVICE ON STEROIDS. I had a battery issue and i was told to take it to the nearest dealer which is Vw Barons Woodmead, they received my car on Monday and told me that it takes two days, they need to diagnose and all that ****, come Tuesday no call whatsoever from them, i had to follow up, which i did, i was told that they have a system issue. Wednesday still the same thing, Mpumi the service advisor **** to me and said the issue is national, little did she know i know someone at another dealer who confirmed they dont have that issue. I immediately took my car, if you want peace of mind DO NOT GO TO BARONS WOODMEAD FOE ANYTHING!!!
