Worst telephonic service ever from Barloworld ford

<p>I think Barloword Ford is the worst company to deal with telephonically ever. Tried to do repairs on my ford in Durbanville/ Tygervalley area, but whenever I call in to book an appointment all numbers goes to the N1 branch except new sales. Once there they again try to transfer me to service department who never picks up. I am then advised back at the switchboard I will get a call back. Which I still did not receive 10 days later. When I called then again I was greeted with the same response I will get a call back.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is unacceptable and feel that once you own a ford they do not give a **** about. If this is the service you get before you even book repairs/service I can only imagine how under par they will do if they actually work on my car. </p> <p> </p> <p>This will be my first and last ford I ever own as I do not ever want to deal with such unproffesional people working for Barloword. I will also just have to look for an authorised dealer to service my car and skip ford completely.</p>
