Worst Service in the World

<p>I had phoned Ford Pinetown to see if I could get my car fixed and also if they did call kids. The service department transferred me to the Workshop and was told that no call outs were done. They told to bring my car in and they would take a look at it. I was told to tow the car in. Next day, I came in with the car. An old Indian lady was working at Service. She barely acknowledged my presence, did not greet me and ask to take a seat. I informed her that I was bringing the car in and she told me, the yard was full and I would have to pay for storage. She did not know that I had already spoke to the Workshop and the car was already parked. She was rude and acted as if she did not want to work. She interrupted me several times mid sentence to help other in coming customer while I waited. This really irritated me. Maybe this was because the other customer were either white or Indians. I don't know. I had to come back to leave the car keys and she told me that she was closed and would stay only until 11am even though the branch closed at 12. I left my car without her telling me what was to be done. I was on my way to a funeral so luckly I had the opportunity to tell all my friends and family about the Pinetown Ford branch and it's poor service. I would not be recommending them. As a past customer of branch I am very dissapointed</p>
