Worst dealership in the country of South Africa

This dealership is the worst that I have ever dealt with. I dropped my car off for a service on the 01.11.23 and was suppose to have their shuttle bus take me home but the shuttle bus driver is the worst thing under the sun he doesn't know the first thing about driving people around, has no manners, he drives recklessly, talking on his phone while driving people around. He dropped one lady off in Brackenhurst then was suppose to drop me off in meyersdal but he refused do so he first wanted to go all the way to Klipriver then come back to Meyersdal I told him that it was only 7km's up the road to drop me off he then told me off and stopped the bus on the side of the road and told me to walk home, Which I did it. Where in your life do you receive customer care like that ? It is completely unacceptable behavior from him and Ford Alberton I strongly suggest you stay far away from this place because even after I spoke to the DP of the dealership about this issue he was not interested in the issue at all. Absolutely useless. If I could give them a negative star I would.
