Worst dealership I bought from!!!

<p>I purchased a secondhand double cab from Barloword Bluff in Durban. Being not my first time buying from a dealership I expected professional and caring sales reps. The sale Rep that sold me the vehicle was informed by me of what was to be done on the vehicle before I take it (faults).</p> <p>Now the list of faults were recorded and both, he and I kept copies. At first the few minor issues were resolved with no problem, then with the bigger and still existing issues I'm being taken for a ride. First the issue with the clutch. Sales rep assured me that the clutch was replaced as it was slipping severe. Then the airbag light issue, from day one the issue exists as this part ordered is wrong and that part is wrong etc. Then the headlight that keeps misting up with water. Then there is the unbelievably annoying squeaky suspesion issue which was apparently resolved. </p> <p>Now I have had to take several times off from work and sacrifice being without bakkie on several occasions. I do feel that at this point of time I want to return the vehicle and cancel the finace as this is pathetic service. Not only does the sales rep make me feel that it was the biggest mistake to buy the vehicle from Barloword but with the vehicle in this condition after promises to fix it taking too long. I dont want to contact the same rep again as I get nowhere with this situation and only get treated like he knows everything. </p> <p> </p> <p>I also cannot take the vehicle for the insurance inspection due to the airbag and head light issues. Now the van is not covered.!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
