Worst aftersales support!!! Regret

Barloworld Motor Retail dealer sold me a car with underlying mechanical problems, I only drove the car for 3 weeks and it broke down. That's when the nightmare started of poor after sales support. I had to chase them around to take the car and get it towed myself to them. I was only offered a curtesy car a month later after I had escalated the issue. I had asked for the deal to be cancelled over and over and still nothing has been done. Now its been two months of me being to given a run around and being stalled. Barloworld's slogan is beyond mobility but as their customer im not mobile, im sitting her paying for insurance and installments for a car i dont want or have. please cancel deal and refund me.
