Where Is My Money

I Was Employed As A Apprentice At Tygervalley Ford, For 18 Months Till They Decides To Get Me Fired. The Sad Part Is That I On Sick Leave During The Whole Incident.

The vehicle was booked on 2019 July 1 I Performed A 80 000 KM Service. I Was on Sick leave Which I still have proof of. From the 2nd Till 6th July. The vehicle had a steering rack leak which I reported. I made a joke with my Mentor Anele Labala by writing a hand written note and showing it to him. He done the steering rack etc etc.

Six weeks later I was told that the customer reported me as a threat without any investigation whatsoever. I never worked on the steering rack and for some reason the blame was on me. I was then told I will have a hearing where I will be suspended for two weeks but I have to report to work. After explaining everything telling them I always wanted to be a mechanic. They still fired me without a verbal warning or written warning no late coming whatsoever.

I Never Received My Sick Leave Money My Annual Leave My Holiday Pay Or My Toolbox money which I contributed monthly cause I never took leave in any way whatsoever.

CCMA And We Were Told That They Going To Sue Me For R160K And Because I Asked About It They Decided To Drop Charges. Up To This Day They Never Refunded Me And Even The Union Has Excuses Not To Help Me. It Was The Covid Pandemic But They Do Not Want To Understand.

I Really Need Help Concerning This Matter Cause They Threaten Me With Things They Cannot Proof.

I Was Fired For Moonlight But Still Do Not Have My Toolbox.

How Can I Do Private Jobs Without A Toolbox.
