What a poor service.

Where to start... The customer service from Isuzu City Deep in Johannesburg so embarrassing. I went to buy a car on Monday 06/12/2021 and I was approached by the sale person Nelson , I made everything easy for him and start selling a car to myself while he was quiet. I made a payment on the spot and left, I told him I will come and collect a on Tuesday or Wednesday and make sure all in order. He agreed and told me that the car will be ready by then, I sent him an email confirming that I will come on Tuesday as I have to get time from work, and he said the car will be ready and washed. He got sick and he didn't come to work. On Tuesday morning I went there to collect, guess what no spare key, the other sale person said he will go and collect the keys at Meadowlands and it won't take time and advise us to wait, I told him my wife will wait as I was scheduled to meeting at work. We went to check the vehicle and still now washed, I asked the lady why the car is still dirty and with attitude she told me to ask Nelson who is off sick. What the ****!!! I left them with anger and she told my wife that they'll deliver the keys later on Tuesday as I am few kms to them but they didn't come. I called them and speak to Kulani the manager, he still have a customer service better than his sales team. Reneilwe told me that we'll get our car Registration documents in 2-3 days however her Manger said it will take up to 2weeks because they just received a car, they were supposed to have paperwork before advertising the car. I thought I am dealing with professionals but unfortunately NOT. The spare key was delivered to me today by Nelson, I joke with him that you guys need to give a gift but he answered me again with another attitude, just in front of my colleagues. I quote: "You do not deserve a gift..." That makes me upset further.

I think Kulani must walk out of the office and do the job by himself as his sales team are unfit.
