Warranty repair not done

My vehicle was taken in for a warranty repair for a 2nd time to this dealer.A courtesy vehicle was given to me for a few days which was much appreciated.Prior to my vehicle coming in the warranty lady had to take pictures to see what was wrong.A booking was made for a specific date and when the vehicle had to come in no job card was made out so which means I drove to the dealer all for nothing.Another date was then given and the vehicle came in.According to the warranty lady there was a specific part that she said would probably not be covered but they would try to assist.The service consultant Yazid was always in contact with me regarding the completion of the vehicle and mentioned that he would want to get the vehicle sorted out and not coming back again.He then called me to say the vehicle was ready and I could collect.On collection of the vehicle I noticed 2areas that were not fixed.He mentioned to me that the wrong part was ordered which was not mentioned when I was called and the warranty lady did not include the other part to be fixed.So this part was not ordered.The vehicle now has to come back again.What an inconvenience this is.Will definitely not recommend this dealer.
