waiting for vehicle part for two month

My car madza3 is with ross champoin repairs waiting for spare part from barloworld mazda in pinetown and Raymond is responseable of ordering vehicle part. Since 15/03/2015 his bee. telling ross champoin that parts will be delivered the next day, ross champoin have not recieve any parts since 15/03/2015 up to today and no proper explaination why parts have not been delivered. Bad communication and no update from Raymond which basicalty shows lack of helping customers and not intrested to do his job. He does not respect client and customers not attending to urgent matters and not reporting if there is problem regarding recieving parts on time. I so dissapointed with service im recieving with barloworld madza pinetown is unproffectional
