Very poor service

My wife and I recently bought a polo vivo from these guys with the worst service ever.The day we collected the car was the first time weve seen it other than pics.Car had dents on both doors,that they fixed.When we drove the car away we noticed a mechanical issue as the suspension have issues the car was resprayed and the salesman said nothing about a respray,only when I confronted him he mentioned it.The 60 000km service was not done as the book was not stamped but the salesman said it was done but Ive also noticed the oil filter is old.When I wanted to return the car the Manager said no I cant but until now they havent made any attempts to fix the car.I would suggest customers look for other dealers because these guys are deceptive and disloyal to their cistomers.
