Unhappy Buyer...

I had purchased a demo vehicle from GM Centurion, the salesman had assured me that the vehicle had received the first service at 15 000Km as prescribed by manufacturer. Refuelling at a garage the attendant had shown me that there was no oil in the engine, I then contacted the salesman later that day that then eventually gave me feedback that the car had in fact not been serviced as he had said. An arrangement was made that I would travel back to Pretoria on Saturday (200km drive one way) for the workshop at GM to service the vehicle and for them to reimburse me for the oil I had to buy as well as travel cost as this was not my mistake but the dealers. After the service had been completed the manager at the second hand sales then refused to reimburse my traveling cost in full as he was of the opinion that the vehicle which I traded in was not on the exact odometer reading he claimed I had said it was and therefore it was not needed to cover it. I have the service manual which is stamped stating the vehicle was serviced at 15000 km and the service document indicating that the service had been done on 18982km.
