Unfair treatment

I app**** for a Ford Focus at Barloworld Centurion branch, I took my car for evaluation on Wednesday as I was intending to do a trade in, no one communicated to me with regard to the value of my vehicle or how much the dealer was offering me for my trade in, I made arrangements to collect my new vehicle on Saturday as I was approved and everything was arranged, I signed all the documentation that was required in order to collect the vehicle, but we waited for a contract from ABSA which delayed us and finally left without the car, then on Tuesday ABSA sent me a contract electronically which I signed, and I went to the dealer for collection of the car and I was told that there was a shortfall of R22 000 which I must first pay before collecting the vehicle, it was the first time to hear about it ever since I started the process of buying a car with them, not even the sales lady was aware about the short fall, she was as surprised as I was to learn this from the Finance Manager. if I knew that they were offering me R50 000 for the car that other dealers were offering R100 000 I would have declined from the beginning and went to other dealers. and I wont get an approval anywhere else no
