i made a application at Barloworld with a sales lady names Jackie on the 05 June.On 9 June Leon the finance guy informed the The deal came back approved but a R10000 deposit. My husband went to the dealer on Wednesday to get a settlement amount on our vehicle to trade in, he also spoke to the manager Christo and Leon regarding the deposit. Leon said he will see what he can do.Leon told me on the 11.06.2015 he put through the deal again and it came back with a R4000 deposit this time. when i called Leon back Thursday t tell him i got the R4000 he told me he put through this deal again and hat he will call me Friday with a outcome. I called the Friday morning and Jacky the sales lady was busy and so was Leon and Jakcy said she will call me back. no one called me back, i called back to only find out the car was sold the Thursday to a cash buyer while Jacky was on training! my question: could the other salesman not see the offer t purchase?? and Christo informed me that Leon does not get involved with cash deals.seriously? and why did Leon lie to me the Thursday?someone there had to know i was in the processes of buying this vehicle. i want answers and they need to find me another car
