Unacceptable incompetant service

I actually cannot believe this dealership is still able to be recognised as a Jeep dealership. Their incompetence in being able to fix a Jeep is honestly shocking. i have had nothing but trouble with them to try fix some of the most simple things and they have then made MORE trouble while fixing it. How is this allowed? How can Jeep let this dealership be listed to represent them and their brand? We pay SO much money for this brand and hope for the service that comes with it to be reliable and trustworthy. I have also contacted jeep with this matter because no more people should have to deal with this service and the stress and financial constraints that have come with it!!!
