Unacceptable behavior

Im disappointed, cos I couldn't di what I was supposed to do. I don't believe in Avis Budget anymore. U can't refer my family and friends to them. Firstly their welcome in the branch of Witbank was unbecoming, rude, wait for hours because of their own mistakes. The assistant just went away without informing me, I had to start all over explaining myself to 2nd assistant, as if my insurance is not paying them. Avis Budget is rude.
