Took Advantage of firs time buyer

So My cousin bought a car in 2008. The contract says that they attached a Tracking device from Altech netstar and the device was paid for. After 6 years we discover that the device was never fitted on the car. When we inquire we are told that the request is null and void.<br> <br> He was also never given the Motorite insurance documentation and after 5-6 years he was given the documentation and discover that the insurance cover expired in 2011. He received the documentation in 2015.<br> <br> This is a total rip-off. I don't think any first time buyer should consider them.<br> <br> I also think Altech Netstar and Motorite are to blame. How can you receive some clients money and not deliver the service.<br> <br> We are very unhappy with this service.
