Terrible Service from Barloworld

I bought a brand new Toyota Double Cab Diesel from Imperial Kempton Park. 3 wks later, the car stalled while driving in Mpumalanga on (07/04). I called Toyota SA and the Car was towed to Barloworld Toyota Middelburg. Since then, it has been 11 wks of buying parts and daily excuses, but I still don't have a car. no courtesy car from either Barloworld/Imperial or Toyota. don't have car with me. I'm extremely frustrated with the treatment I have received from this company. if you cannot fix the damn car, can I just get my money back or another car? I am deeply disappointed and beginning to lose faith in the Toyota brand and the ability of the dealerships that Toyota uses to effectively deal with the problem. Right now, I do not the confidence that Barloworld know what they are doing
