Terrible service

Service center opened late. Then they did not phone me when service was completed - I don't even believe they actually serviced the car on the day of the booking. Locked my car away for almost the whole weekend without even 1 phone call! Emergency number does not work! When trying to follow-up on the progress of your service \your service advisor"is always busy buy also never phones back. With my previous service they told me that there are some motor-parts that need replacing"
