Stop giving me faulty boot shocks

I bought new shocks for my boot earlier this year. About 6 weeks later, the boot was not staying up and I took it back to the Bruma branch. They confirmed that the shocks were leaking and ordered a new one. The new shocks arrived in the week before the branch closed – I felt very grateful for the timing – and someone replaced it for me. However….. the boot shocks seem to be leaking again as the boot is banging down when you open it, about a month later. Now I have two questions: 1. Has the quality stayed the same? Why am I having this problem with “new” shocks? (I have replaced these boot shocks before – 3 years ago – and had no trouble til this year) 2. How can I get this sorted? I am not prepared to drive all over the place to get this done.
