Shocking Quotation
Bought a brake light bulp from their spares dept for 30.72 on my Figo. Went upstairs to have it replaced by their service dept and was quoted R370.00. I was prepared to pay for the service till the quote was given to me.

23 Aug 2021, 09:30Dear Sir, my heading read 'Barloworld Ford Tygevalley' and I made double certain about the amount with your 'service advisor' lady I spoke with by repeating the amount to her. She then confirmed the amount to be charged.

24 Aug 2021, 15:53After no reply from Barloworld on my last comment, I took my vehicle to a RMI workshop which replaced the bulb free of charge by the owner himself! I asked how much I had to pay for the service and his reply was ' how can I charge you for a simple 2 min job?' Lucky to have someone that cares about you these days!!!
