Settling my car

Its so shocking to see that when dealers want to sell cars, they will do anything in the power to get that deal approved to get a sale on the book.

When a client admits that they are in financial difficulty, due to a Salary drop of R8K nett a month, you would think they would be a little considerate if one needs to sell their car.

If the car is still in a spotless condition, and never missed a service, why can I as the client not be helped by returning the vehicle and Ford settling it. When I originally app****, I was told there was no Fiesta available quickly but a Focus was and thus a huge residual with an approval was given. Which now leaves me in the situation that I HAVE TO sell my car, and will have a massive shortfall, which I cannot afford to pay as I still need to get to work.

Without a car, I cannot get to wor**** I want this deal to be completely restructured to an installment of R3500, or alternatively Ford must settle my full amount outstanding.
