On the 15 Feb you responded to an advert on the net. On the 16 Feb 2015 I viewed a 2011 Mercedes C180 CGI-BE and concluded the deal by paying in a holding deposit of R2500. A finance application was done the same day at the store. Finance was approved. <br> I was told that the vehicle will be auto-valeted and ready for delivery once done. I did a follow up yesterday(19 Feb) by calling at the branch. The vehicle was at the dealership but not ready for delivery.<br> This afternoon I got a call from Trish who informed that she has a better deal on another vehicle. I was not pleased to change. She then informed me that the vehicle is no longer at the store and that she was not aware that the vehicle was in fact sold to someone else and that I have no choice but to settle for another vehicle.<br> My holding deposit was paid 5 days ago and only today she informs me that the vehicle was sold. I find this very improbable and believe this to be a **** to attract clients who are shown bargains for which deposits are requested and then attempt are made by to conclude a new sale.<br>
