Provided after hours service with a smile

My car was in for a standard service and I had forgotten my house keys in the car. I only discovered this on Sunday evening and managed to find a contact number for Anand online. I explained my dilemma and he graciously came in to the workshop to open for me to collect my keys. Then a second incident (during the same service period) - I had thought the workshop was open the following Saturday (I work out of town so could not come in during the week and I didn't realise the opening times on the website were for the sales department and not the service department), so I could not collect my vehicle after the service was complete. Again, I called Mr Anamalay, who came out once again, to allow me to collect my vehicle. And he did so with the most pleasant attitude as well! Definitely a company gem!
