Problematic vehicle from barloworld

So I purchased a Mini Cooper s from barloworld ford Tygervalley. From the first week the car has been giving me issues. In 3 months the vehicle has been to the dealership 4 times to try and have the problem rectified. I have made contact with the salesman Mongezi as well as the sales manager Jaco. They referred the matter to the dealer principle which did not have the decency to make contact with me as a superior. I have made numerous requests for the vehicle to be returned initially they played a deaf ear until yesterday he said that there is nothing that they can do about it. So for the next 5 years I must continue to pay for car that is not reliable.
