POOR SERVICE FEEDBACK

I bought the new ford ranger 3.2 double cab from Barloworld N1 CITY. <br> <br> After 5000kms there was a rattling sound from the engine. <br> <br> Took the vehicle to N1 City only to be advise it is a warranty claim and it can take anything from a few weeks to a few months to get the part. <br> <br> After leaving a message with a staff member I am still waiting for Mr Derick Hitch**** to return my call. <br> <br> I find it unacceptable to have to wait so long for a brand new vehicle to be fixed. <br> <br>
