Poor service delivery!

I'm very disappointed that I haven't received my wheel spanner and wheel nut cover - after numerous requests from both Sam Erasmus and Eric at GM Zambezi. They did not call nor respond to any of my mails and it's sad when car salespeople play into the stereotype that as soon as they make the sale, follow-up becomes non-existent. The worst part is that Sam was able to call me many times when he needed the spare key and NATIS docs and I was promised my wheel spanner and wheel nut cover ASAP. To this day, I'm yet to receive either. Mind you, these are conversations that began in April. I am more concerned about a situation whereby I have a puncture and can not readily borrow one - which has already happened. I'm afraid my patience has worn thin and I would like my things ASAP please.
