Poor service - Barloworld Toyota

Very disappointing service from staff at Barloworld Toyata in Tigervally. My vehicle was in for clutch repairs from Tuesday. I was under the impression that the repairs would be completed by the end of Wednesday as the quote was for 5 hours. Come 5pm Wednesday I call and they inform me that the repairs are not complete but can expect it done by 9am the next day. I went early on Thursday and waited. When 9 came around they said it would be ready by 11, then 12 then 13h30 and this went on all day until I got my car at 18h30. If they had not given me the run around all day and were up front I wouldn't have wasted a whole day in the dealership. The reasoning that was given when I asked them what's taking so long made it evident that they could have foreseen that the car would only be ready after 5PM. I lost a day of my leave today while on holiday in Cape Town and I'm very upset about it.
