Poor service and no professionalism

As I thought we would never come to this dealership last week when we went to renew the licence disc for the Astra that my wife has on her name we were told we can't since the cars where linked and the Vivo was not taken for road worthy testing and I inform them and then they asked me to bring the Vivo on Monday so the third party guy who does the license renewal for them can take it to the testing station. So when I went to pick up the car the dealership manager by the name of Anton promised me that they have fixed and I can go back and renew. I don't know who he called but after the call he was so convinced and so sure that they fixed the issue, so after that I went back to renew the disc for the other Astra and they told me again that they did not fix the issue then I thought maybe it will take a day to update so today(the following day) , so I went again to re renew the disc and they told me the same thing, I am very ****ed with this inconvenience as my wife now can't drive the Astra and she is pregnant so you can imagine the stress we going through at this moment and I would not encourage anyone to work with this branch, they have a very slow service, no professionalism
