Poor service

I have bought a VW polo 1.2 TDI in januarie at Barlow world Kuilsriver. This was first purchase from any dealership on Finance. Vehicle had no service book which was then promises by Barlow world that they would arrange one for me. I still dont have no service book and its 6 months

VW service

Last week tuesday 06/06/2017 week when i took my car for service at VW Kuilsriver. leon at VW have have notified me that my fuel pump is packed up and needs to be replaced costing R21000 and my car cannot be driven due to metal filing that would end the injectors. I also advise him that i do have an extended motor warranty plan that he can contact to arrange claim which he did. Thursday when i contacted Leon he told me that motor rite is awaiting on barlow world Kuilsriver for service records documentation before motor rite can give authorisation to proceed.

When i contacted motorrite on monday they have also advise me the await documentation from barlow world kuilsriver. After following up on tuesday and yesterday motor rite approved R6000 of the claim. but claim is still is pending status which i was advised by the lady who called me from motor rite. She advised me that they await service records of 2016 which was not submitted.

I strongly feel that the service recieved from barlow world was utterly poor due the fact that motor rite have to wait a week for proper feedback. I also feel that i was just another sale and not a valued client. Im currently have no vehicle. I have been out of work since last tuesday that is +- 50km from where i stay. I job also requires me to be mobile at all times.

My question is... how can you sell a vehicles to someone with a service record that is not to date???? Are there really businesses like that is this world who operate in this manner, It actually upsets me how things can be done to our comsumers. According to CPA act section 56 barlow world is still responsible for any warranty repairs in the first 6 months of sale.

Sec 56 Imp**** warranty of quality
This section allows an unspoken condition that every product must carry a warranty of at least six months.
The consumer may return goods to the supplier if it does not comply with the requirements of this section.
The consumer may return the goods:
• Within six months
• Without paying a penalty fee.
• At the risk of the supplier
The consumer can decide if he wants the supplier to repair, replace or refund the product.

Can anyone just help this issue

Thanks
