Poor service

<p>I made a booking last week by N1 City ford. On 27.05.16 and then today 30.05.16 When i tried confirming everything and to find out if a driver will be able to drop me again at work, there was no one available in the bookings apartment. I tried 4 times today, once every hour to get hold of someone and no one was available. When i asked the last time if someone else can help me reception said no. when asking if there is no one else that work there that can help me she said no. When i wanted to speak to a manager she said all managers are in a meeting and no one can help me. This took place between 08.00am and 11.00am 30.05.16 and i find it very unproffessional that not ONE person can help me and that the reception couldn't care less.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will be canceling the repairs on my car and take it to another ford. Thanks for nothing.</p>
