Poor Service

Two years ago i had a problem with my engine..loss of power and a tappit sounding noise coming from it. 10 long weeks at Ford N1 and it was told my 2nd piston was shot...it was 'replaced'...a year later (being last year) the SAME problem arised and was told to 'record' the sound 1. How do i record a sound when driving 2. It does not happen ALL the time BUT i did manage to get the sound.

Was told to bring the car in which i did...it was taken to some machine then on the road and about 2 hours later was called to say nothing was detected. This was the VERY same sound i heard when this 'piston' happened...i may not be a mechanic but i know my car AND i know sound and my car of R275k should NOT be making unsavory noises.

Then about 8 months ago i went BACK to Ford N1 to tell them AGAIN..(yes the same story) and i was told the car needs to stay overnight...then the suggestion was that once a courtesy car is available ill be called yo bring my car in. (I was NUMBER TWO on that board of theirs for a courtesy car)

Its more than 8months and im assuming they STILL have NO courtesy car as the people who spend millions im assuming leap frogs a guy that is NOT a high roller and that OTHERS take president and preference on these things. I fail to UNDERSTAND how i TWO YEARS Ford N1 has NO courtesy car for so they can check my car!!!!

Having said all that...in this time my WARRENTY has lapsed and i only have a service plan. This means IF they ever see to my car and WHEN they find that my motor HAS a problem id have to fort the bill when i DID tell them about it i was well covered with my warrenty??? This is simply appalling service from them.

I work in goodwod stay in elsies and they are on my doorstep...why should i go to another branch? Are they not there to service ALL of us and not certain people???
