Pathetic service on a new toyota hilux legend less than 20000km, lights not working - told i was negligent

I bought a brand new Toyota Legend from Barloworld. Less than a year later the a single fog light is not working, and less than 20 000km mileage. For the first time I put the fog light on while on my way to Durban and found the fog light not working. I informed Barloworld Toyota. I was informed that I must pay as it is my negligence. Really!!!! I only used this vehicle for city driving. Paid R700 000, and less than a year, less than 20 000km and lights are not working. The light unit has never been touched or opened, and it is my negligence. Thank you Toyota. I'm done with you!!!!!
